31 Russian military officers were convicted in Ukraine for waging aggressive war against the country. This was reported by the Deputy Prosecutor General, the Head of Chief Military Prosecutor's Office Anatoliy Matios on air of 5 channel.

“Russian special forces soldiers Aleksandrov and Yerofeev were exchanged and did not appeal against their verdicts, - this is an evidence of recognition by Russia its aggression against Ukraine. In total, 31 of Russian military officers were convicted in Ukraine for waging a war against the country,” Matios said.

Earlier it was reported that SBU discovered fact of salary payment to pro-Russian militants in Luhansk region. Citizens received their wages while living on the occupied territory in eastern Ukraine, - Security Service.
