Ukraine expects that in 2016, Western partners will overall allocate about 10 billion U.S. dollars to fund reforms and development programs in this country (epravda.com.ua). Head of the Government Arseniy Yatseniuk said this at a summary press conference in Kyiv, December 29. “The overall volume of funding from our Western partners is some USD 10 billion”, he said.

He also noted the IMF is a judge of reforms’ efficiency in Ukraine. “Undoubtedly, Ukraine will continue cooperation with the Fund, we will stay in the IMF program, and we’ll surely continue walking the path of reforms”, the Premier said.

Previously, Head of the National Bank Valeria Gontareva said this governing body expects an inflow of USD 8.8 bn in external funding. According to her, the 2015 inflow of external funding made more than USD 11 bn.
